A protein-packed power bowl for a hearty, nutritious meal anytime.
Ingredients:
- 1 pouch Eat Regal Brown Rice with Quinoa
- ½ cup grilled chicken or tofu
- ¼ cup shred,ded carrots
- ¼ cup steamed broccoli
- 1 tbsp tahini dressing
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
Instructions:
- 1 Heat the rice pouch in microwave for 60 seconds.
- 2 Layer rice, chicken/tofu, carrots, and broccoli in a bowl.
- 3 Drizzle tahini dressing, sprinkle sesame seeds. Serve.
