A protein-packed power bowl for a hearty, nutritious meal anytime.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pouch Eat Regal Brown Rice with Quinoa
  • ½ cup grilled chicken or tofu
  • ¼ cup shred,ded carrots
  • ¼ cup steamed broccoli
  • 1 tbsp tahini dressing
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds

Instructions:

  1. 1 Heat the rice pouch in microwave for 60 seconds.
  2. 2 Layer rice, chicken/tofu, carrots, and broccoli in a bowl.
  3. 3 Drizzle tahini dressing, sprinkle sesame seeds. Serve.

NUTRITION (per serving): ~480 kcal, 28g protein, 12g fat, 55g carbs

SERVING SUGGESTION:Serve w arm or cold like a salad bowl.
