Brown Rice & Quinoa Wrap

These Brown Rice with quinoa wrap are both healthy and filling. They're loaded with Eat Regal Brown Rice with Quinoa and fresh vegetables in every single bite.
Ingredients:
- 1 Pouch of Eat Regal Brown Rice with Quinoa
- 2 wheat chapatis
- ¼ cup shredded lettuce
- ¼ cup julienned carrots
- 2 tbsp hummus
- 1 tbsp hot sauce (optional)
Instructions:
- 1 Place an Eat Regal Brown Rice with Quinoa pouch concave in the microwave for 1.5 Minutes as per directions on the package.
- 2 Set the chapatis flat and spread a tablespoon of hummus on them.
- 3 Equal parts rice mix, lettuce, and carrots in each chapatti. Drizzle with hot sauce, if using.
- 4 Roll up tightly on each chapatti, cutting halfway through if desired and serving immediately.
