Quinoa Veggie Wraps

Healthy vegetarian wraps loaded with brown rice, quinoa, and crunchy veggies.
Ingredients:
- 1 pouch Eat Regal Brown Rice with Quinoa
- 2 whole wheat tortillas
- ¼ cup shredded lettuce
- ¼ cup julienned carrots
- 2 tbsp hummus
- 1 tbsp hot sauce (optional)
Instructions:
- 1 Microwave rice for 90 seconds.
- 2 Spread hummus on tortillas. Add rice, lettuce, carrots, and hot sauce.
- 3 Roll into wraps. Slice and serve.
Nutrition (per serving): ~390 kcal, 9g protein, 8g fat, 60g carbs
Serving Suggestion: Serve with Greek yogurt dip.
