Kickstart your morning with a hearty skillet featuring Spanish rice and eggs.
Ingredients:
- 1 pouch Eat Regal Spanish Rice
- 2 eggs
- ΒΌ cup diced tomatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Instructions:
- 1 Fry eggs to preference in olive oil.
- 2 Microwave rice and stir into pan with tomatoes.
- 3 Season and serve.
