Spanish Rice & Shrimp Skillet

A fast, flavorful one-pan shrimp and rice meal with bold Spanish spices.
Ingredients:
- 1 pouch Eat Regal Spanish Rice
- 6 medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
- ¼ cup diced bell pepper
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ¼ tsp smoked paprika
Instructions:
- 1 Sauté garlic and bell peppers in olive oil.
- 2 Add shrimp and paprika; cook until shrimp turn pink.
- 3 Stir in Spanish Rice. Heat through and serve.

SERVING SUGGESTION:Garnish with lemon wedges and parsley.
