Spanish Rice & Shrimp Skillet

A fast, flavorful one-pan shrimp and rice meal with bold Spanish spices.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pouch Eat Regal Spanish Rice
  • 6 medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • ¼ cup diced bell pepper
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ tsp smoked paprika

Instructions:

  1. 1 Sauté garlic and bell peppers in olive oil.
  2. 2 Add shrimp and paprika; cook until shrimp turn pink.
  3. 3 Stir in Spanish Rice. Heat through and serve.

NUTRITION (per serving):~400 kcal, 22g protein, 10g fat, 50g carbs

SERVING SUGGESTION:Garnish with lemon wedges and parsley.
