Ingredients
- 1 pouch (8.8 oz) Regganic Organic Brown Rice with Quinoa & Garlic
- 1 cup cooked protein of choice (flaked salmon, grilled chicken, or tofu)
- 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds or sliced almonds
- 1 tsp soy sauce or tamari
- Optional: A squeeze of fresh lemon and a pinch of chili flakes
Instructions
1.Sauté the Aromatics
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and red bell pepper, cooking for 3 to 5 minutes until softened and slightly browned.
